ARTICHOKE CHEESE SPREAD 
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Dash garlic
2 tbsp. onion

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with sturdy crackers.
