HOT CREAM CHEESE BEEF SPREAD 
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. butter
3 oz. pkg. chipped beef
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Melt butter in skillet. Add pecans to butter and brown. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, milk, chopped beef, onion, garlic and pepper. Fold in sour cream. Spread mixture in a 9 inch baking dish. Pour pecans and melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Best served with Triscuits.
