SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 (9 oz.) pkg. French cut green beans
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Bread crumbs

Cook beans as directed on package and drain. Melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, onion, and sugar. Add sour cream and stir until smooth over low heat. Remove and fold in green beans. Spread in greased oblong pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Make a topping with some bread crumbs and melted butter and spread over cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees uncovered 20-30 minutes.
