SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. carton sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 onion, grated
4 c. green beans, drained
3/4 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs

In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and onion. Add sour cream, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened. Then fold in green beans to heat. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
