SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
4 c. French green beans
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Add sour cream gradually, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat until thickened. Fold in green beans. Heat thoroughly.

Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese over beans. Combine cornflake crumbs with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
