CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE | |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. CRUST: 2 c. finely crushed Oreo cookies 1/4 c. melted butter flavor Crisco Spray a 9 inch springform pan with Pam or Bakers Secret. Mix melted butter flavored Crisco with Oreo cookies. Press mixture in the bottom of pan. CHEESECAKE FILLING: 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. miniature chocolate chips 1 tsp. flour Soften cream cheese and beat. Mix Eagle Brand milk to cream cheese. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir flour into 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and mix into cheesecake filling. Pour cheesecake filling into crust. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over filling. Bake for 1 hour. The top of the cake will be brown. Cool for about 30 minutes and place in the refrigerator for several hours. |
