CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

CRUST:

2 c. finely crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 c. melted butter flavor Crisco

Spray a 9 inch springform pan with Pam or Bakers Secret. Mix melted butter flavored Crisco with Oreo cookies. Press mixture in the bottom of pan.

CHEESECAKE FILLING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Soften cream cheese and beat. Mix Eagle Brand milk to cream cheese. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir flour into 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and mix into cheesecake filling. Pour cheesecake filling into crust. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over filling. Bake for 1 hour. The top of the cake will be brown. Cool for about 30 minutes and place in the refrigerator for several hours.

The taste is good. It seemed to cook too quickly, and I even took it out 15 minutes early, but it might have been my oven. Another tip I learned a long time ago, is when you add chocolate chips to a cheesecake, shake them up with a teaspoon of flour. The flour prevents the chip from sinking to the bottom.
