SWISS STYLE GREEN BEANS 
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1 c. sour cream
2 (16 oz.) cans French style green beans
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Combine 2 tablespoons butter, flour, salt, sugar, pepper and onion in large saucepan; mix well. Stir in sour cream. Over medium heat, cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in green beans. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Sprinkle crackers on top and drizzle remaining butter over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.
