SWISS GREEN BEANS 
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. grated onion
5 c. cooked green beans (French style)
1 lb. Swiss cheese, gratedtsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can onion ring

Melt butter; add salt, flour, sugar, onion, and pepper. Fold in green beans. Pour into casserole. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top; cover with crushed onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This could very easily be made in the microwave. Melt butter about 30 seconds in a medium size casserole and follow above steps. Cook full power for about 5 to 6 minutes or until bubbly hot, covering with a wax paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
