CORN AND LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 can Green Giant corn with pepper, drained
1 can lima beans, drained
1 c. cheese, Swiss or Cheddar
2 slices bread, toasted and made into bread crumbs

Combine above ingredients except part of the cheese and bread to sprinkle on top. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. Garnish with pepper rings.
