GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Accent
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. onion

To make cream sauce, melt butter and add flour, salt, pepper and Accent. Remove from stove and add sour cream and mustard. Place on stove and heat but do not boil. Mix beans, cream sauce, cheese and onions. Place in greased casserole dish. Top with 1/4 cup fine dried bread crumbs mixed with 1 tablespoon melted butter. (I topped my casserole with plain seasoned croutons.) Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
