GREEN BEANS AND MUSHROOMS 
2 cans (or 2 pkgs. frozen) French style green beans
1 tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
Corn Flakes, crushed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a casserole. Cook green beans as directed, drain well. Combine rest of ingredients except cheese and corn Flakes and mix well. Put mixture in casserole. Top with grated cheese; sprinkle with Corn Flakes. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
