CUBE STEAK CASSEROLE | |
3 or 4 pieces of cube steak 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 or 3 carrots, sliced 3 med. potatoes, sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 stick butter Salt & pepper to taste In large Pyrex dish, layer steak on bottom. Place potatoes, carrots & onions on top of steaks. Salt and pepper. Heat soup with butter and pour over the steak dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. (Brown steak in small amount of vegetable oil before placing in dish.) |
