CUBE STEAK & GRAVY CASSEROLE 
4 cube steaks
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
Salt and pepper

Season cube steak and brown in a skillet; pour off excess fat. Mix soup and water in bowl and pour over cube steak. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for an hour. May also add onions and sliced potatoes at the beginning and it is good!

This is also great when pork chops are used instead of cube steak.
