JODY'S CUBED STEAK CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 pieces cubed steak
2 large onions, sliced
4 large potatoes, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (use empty soup can)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, for sprinkling
all-purpose flour
salt and pepper, to taste
oil for frying

Flour cubed steak and fry until brown. Layer potatoes and onions on the bottom of baking dish, salting and peppering as you go. Layer cooked cube steak on last layer of potatoes and onion.

Mix can of cream of mushroom soup with one can of milk and pour over the top of the cubed steak. Top with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
