1 pkg. cube steak (family pack)
2 medium onions
4 to 5 medium yellow squash or zucchini (or a combination)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans brown beef gravy (Campbell's)
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Please cube steak in a casserole dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cut onions 1/4-inch thick and place over cube steak. Season with additional salt and pepper.

Slice squash around 1/4-inch thick. Place on top of onions. Pour both cans of gravy over them.

Bake at 350°F for an hour and 15 minutes. Enjoy!
