PARTY GREEN BEANS 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen French style green beans
1 lb. can bean sprouts, drained & rinsed
2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan & Swiss cheese, mixed
1/4 c. butter

Cook beans in salted water for 5 minutes and drain. In a 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of beans, bean sprouts, water chestnuts and cheese.

PREPARE CREAM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 c. light cream
1 c. chopped almonds

Pour sauce over casserole. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Add almonds and coat well. Sprinkle over casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 10.
