SOUR CREAM GREEN BEANS 
2 pkgs. frozen green beans, cooked according to directions and drain
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Blend together butter, flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and onions. Add sour cream gradually until thickened. Fold in beans and pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
