SMOOTHEST EVER CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
3 sqs. baking chocolate
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Little pinch of salt

Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Add remaining ingredients and cook stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Serve warm or cool. Makes 1 2/3 cup.
