REGAL CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM SAUCE 
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate (unsweetened)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk

Combine corn syrup, sugar and water. Cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add chocolate squares and stir until chocolate melts. Add vanilla and slowly add milk. Mix thoroughly, cool.
