REGAL CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
6 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Heat chocolate and water over low heat until mixture is smooth. Add sugar and salt; bring to boil. Boil 2 to 3 minutes, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Serve over ice cream, pound cake, etc.
