QUICK LOW-FAT PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. milk
1 (29 oz.) can peaches, drained
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in bowl; mix well. Add milk; mix well. Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Heat peaches, nutmeg and remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in saucepan, spoon over batter. Bake at 350°F until golden brown. Calories 96; fat 0.9 g.

This recipe is wonderful! It is lightly sweet, not overbearing and you can fully taste the peaches. I love it and my husband loves it! We are both trying to eat heart healthy and this recipe makes it easier when you are craving that "something"!!
