MONKEY BREAD EASY COFFEE CAKE 
4 (10 oz.) cans flaky biscuits
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. pecan pieces
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix together sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Quarter each biscuit and roll in the sugar mixture or shake in a plastic bag. Layer biscuits and pecan pieces in a well greased bundt or tube pan. In saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, vanilla and remaining tablespoon of cinnamon. Boil for one minute and pour over biscuits and pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done. Let stand in a pan 10 minutes. Invert onto serving plate.
