LOW-FAT BANANA BREAD 
In small bowl pour 3 1/2 tablespoons Carnation milk, add 3/4 tablespoon vinegar. Put to the side and let stand.

In a large bowl mix:

1/2 c. applesauce
2 beaten eggs
2 lg. mashed bananas and mixture of sour milk (from above)

Mix and then add:

1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

Very good and easy. I did however, omit the applesauce and instead used 3 bananas instead of two. Also , instead of flouring the pan I sprayed it and dusted it with sugar instead of flour. Turned out great and will make again.
