MOTHER'S "FAT-FREE" BANANA BREAD | |
3 ripe bananas, mashed 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional) Mash bananas, add sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Add to banana mixture. Add nuts, if desired. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
