CREAMY CHICKEN SOUP 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. chicken flavor soup base (in spice section or soup section)
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
6 c. chicken stock
2 c. warm milk or 1 c. milk and 1 c. cream

Cook chicken, cool and cut into bite size pieces. Saute celery, onion, carrots, green pepper, in butter until tender. Add flour and then chicken stock. Add chicken and rice, then milk.
