ORIENTAL ROAST PORK 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. orange juice or dry sherry
1/4 c. soy sauce
5-7 lb. loin pork roast

Combine all ingredients except the pork in a cooking bag, turning gently until well mixed. Trim off excess fat from roast; place in bag. Close with the nylon tie; marinate several hours in refrigerator. Make 6 1/2-inch slits in top of bag. Bake at 350 degrees 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees. Makes 10-14 servings.
