PORK CHOP ORIENT | |
1 1/2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground pepper 6 (1/2 inch) thick loin or rib pork chop 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen oriental style vegetables, thawed 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Mix flour, salt, pepper. Coat pork chops with dry ingredients, brown in oil in 12 inch skillet over medium heat, about 7 minutes per side. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Remove keep warm. Increase heat to medium and add soy sauce to drippings in skillet. Add vegetables, sprinkle with garlic powder. Cook, stirring until vegetables are tender but crisp, about 4 or 5 minutes. Add pork chops, heat thoroughly. |
