BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 
A classic from the 70's.

2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt - set aside. Melt morsels and put in large bowl. Add butter and brown sugar, cream together. Cool 5 minutes.

Beat in eggs and vanilla. Blend in flour mixture. Spread evenly in 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cool and cut.
