PORK CHOP DISH 
Pork chops or country style ribs
1 lb. box UNCLE BEN'S® rice
2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
Hot water

Brown pork chops, set aside. Spread pan with uncooked rice on bottom. Spread 1 envelope of onion mix on top of rice. Drain mushrooms reserving the liquid. Place mushrooms on top of onion mix. Add hot water to mushroom liquid to make 6 cups and pour over rice. Arrange pork chops on top of rice. Add the other envelope of onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the pork chops.
