ASIAN PORK CHOPS | |
2 thick boneless pork chops 2 tbsp. Holy Smoke brand smoked oil (available on their website-or substitute avocado oil) about 6-8 oz sunflower seeds without shells 2 tbsp. ea. of black bean paste, Kum Lee sweet chili sauce and A-1 ginger-teryaki marinade Note: any teryaki-style marinade can be used, or Mr Yoshida's marinade works as well. Grind the sunflower seeds in a mortar. Preheat oven to 355°F. Spread oil in a 8" square baking pan sprinkle half of seeds across bottom of pan. Place chops in pan Mix paste, sauce and marinade and spread over chops evenly coat top of chops with other half of seeds. Bake 25-30 minutes, depending on thickness of chops. Submitted by: Cable 99 |
