ORIENTAL OVEN - FRIED PORK CHOPS 
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
4 (1') pork chops, lean
1/4 c. bread crumbs, fine dry
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 vegetable spray

Combine egg, soy sauce and sherry in shallow baking dish. Add chops, turning to coat. Cover and let stand 1 hour.

Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder and ginger. Dredge pork chops in bread crumbs. Bake in shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, turning once. Yield 4 servings (about 239 calories per serving). Also good with skinned chicken breast (omit garlic powder).
