OVEN FRIED PORK CHOPS 
5 med. sized pork chops
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. flour
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs in bowl big enough that pork chops can be dipped in it. Salt both sides of chops. Then dip in eggs, then roll in flour. Place in pan big enough so they don't touch. Place in oven until chops are brown and tender.
