BISQUICK YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2/3 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lard (soft)
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Melted butter

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, shortening and Bisquick. Beat vigorously. Turn dough onto floured surface. Knead until smooth. Shape into rolls. Place in greased pan. Cover with dish towel. Let rise until doubled in size about 30 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 16 to 18 rolls.

These were really easy to make, and very tasty... but they didn't taste like rolls to me. I will definitely save this recipe, though, for making "biscuits," because it was a very delicious recipe.
