LEMON LARK JELLO SALAD | |
1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 6 oz. cream cheese 3 tbsp. sugar 1 c. milk 1/2 c. boiling water 1 (6 oz.) can thawed frozen lemonade 1 qt. strawberries or blueberries Soften gelatin in cold water, then dissolve into boiling water. In another bowl blend cream cheese and sugar, gradually adding milk. Add gelatin to cream cheese mixture. Add lemonade and blend. Pour into mold and refrigerate until jelled. When taken out of mold, fill center with the berries. |
