CONFETTI JELLO 
4 different colored 3 oz. packs of Jello
4 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
4 pans

Ingredients for Cool Whip mixture: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. pineapple juice 4 c. Cool Whip 1 lg. bowl 1 sm. bowl

STEP 1: Put 4 kinds of Jello into 4 pans. Mix them each with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until firm.

STEP 2: When Jello has firmed, cut Jello into squares and return the pans into the refrigerator.

STEP 3: Combine lemon Jello and 1 cup boiling water in the small bowl. Stir until dissolved and let cool about 5 minutes. Then mix in the pineapple juice and put the bowl into the freezer until mixture starts to thicken, 15 to 30 minutes.

STEP 4: In large bowl mix Cool Whip with thickened mixture from the freezer.

STEP 5: Put cut up Jello cubes into the large bowl with Cool Whip mixture and mix it all up.

STEP 6: Put all of it into a mold. (Bundt pans and glass cake pans work well.) Then put mold into the refrigerator and let it sit overnight.)

I use to make this three decades ago and my boys loved it. I am so glad I found the recipe!! I am going to make it for my young Grandchildren. It is a beautiful "cake", but it is so delicious too!

When we make this salad we put it over a Graham cracker crust in a 9"×13" glass baking pan.
