TUNA-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 6 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. flour 1 tbsp. salt 3 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tbsp. dried dill weed 1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna 1 pkg. biscuits (10) Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and set aside. In saucepan, melt butter over low heat; blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and dill weed. Stir in broccoli and tuna. Pour into casserole and bake for 15 minutes at 375°F. Arrange biscuits around edge of hot casserole and bake 15 minutes more. Makes 6 servings. |
