COUNTRY KITCHEN COBBLER | |
3 or 4 c. rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1 box strawberry Jello Mix the above ingredients. In separate bowl mix: 1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 egg 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Put fruit in greased 8"x12" pan. Spread batter over fruit. Sprinkle top with 2 tablespoons sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with cream. |
