RHUBARB COBBLER 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter

Mix like pie crust. Pat in bottom and sides of a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

1 c. cream
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. chopped rhubarb
6 egg yolks
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
Dash of salt

Mix all together. Put into crust. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Beat 6 egg whites until stiff. Add:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Spread over rhubarb. Bake until lightly browned.
