RHUBARB COBBLER CRUNCH WITH
JELLO
 
3-4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/2 box Jello (3 oz. size)
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 3 ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and let stand while preparing batter. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle top with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake in preheated oven about 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
