QUICK AND EASY BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
4 slices bread
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
Dry mustard

Tear up bread and lay in bottom of 9 x 13 inch greased pan. brown sausage and drain. Sprinkle over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Beat eggs and milk; pour over other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Casserole is done when cheese rises to the top.
