QUICK AND EASY BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
4 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper

Tear up 4 slices bread and place pieces in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Brown and drain sausage. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with one cup grated cheddar. Beat together 6 eggs, milk, mustard, and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake 35-40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
