QUICK BREAKFAST BISCUITS 
Canned biscuits
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Scrambled eggs
Bacon or sausage, cooked and crumbled

Place biscuits into greased muffin tins. Press firmly until the entire inside of tins are covered. Place one layer each of scrambled eggs, meat and shredded Cheddar cheese in each biscuit. Bake as directed on can, but leave in until golden brown.

So easy and so good!!! Hoping I can freeze the extra ones for a quick microwave breakfast. I couldn't resist drizzling some maple syrup over these. I will be using this biscuit technique to make other things too. Possibilities are endless.

It was good but bland. Make a side of gravy or add some more flavorful cheese like Gouda would have helped.

I absolutely love it ! I also finely chopped some onion and bell pepper and put in the eggs also .
