CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. claw or regular crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Dash of Worcestershire sauce (opt.)
Finely chopped green pepper (opt.)

Shape into cakes and fry in butter until brown. Broil if desired with or without butter. Serves 6.
