CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all together; shape into cakes and fry in butter until brown. Serves 8.
