CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 slices bread
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. seafood seasoning
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
Cracker crumbs

Pick over crabmeat to remove shells. Cut crust from bread and break into small pieces. Mix bread with beaten egg. Add remaining ingredients. Form into cakes. Dip into cracker crumbs and saute quickly in a small amount of fat. Makes 6 crab cakes.
