CRAB CAKES 
1/4 c. mushrooms, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper, paprika and mustard to taste
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cream
10 oz. canned crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg

Saute mushrooms and onion in butter and add seasonings. Add flour and cream and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and add crab meat, bread crumbs and egg. Mix well and form into patties and freeze. Makes 6 patties.
