CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. onion, finely minced
1 tsp. green pepper, finely minced
1 tsp. Old Bay Seafood seasoning
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
Dash pepper
1/4 c. cooking oil

Combine all ingredients. Form patties and brown in skillet in heated cooking oil (over medium heat). Makes approximately 6 crab cakes.
