IMITATION CRAB CAKES 
1 12 to 16 oz. pkg imitation crab
1 c. bread crumbs (fresh)
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mild mustard
2 eggs (substitute)
1 onion, sm. (diced)
1 can Vegetable Scallops (grated)
Parsley
2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning

Mix all ingredients well and form into patties. Brown on both sides, in small amount of oil.
