IMITATION CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab meat
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 stack Ritz or Town House crackers
salt, pepper, garlic, salt, parsley

Place fish in 8 inch square pan. Melt butter, add sour cream and stir well. Add mushrooms and seasonings; stir again. Pour over fish. Roll the crackers to make fine crumbs and place over fish and sour cream mixture.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 25 minutes.

Fun and easy recipe. I did however use 6 ounces of sour cream instead. Didn't deter my daughter from eating it. She said it was great. Thinking about making this again really soon

I liked the recipe as is!

The second time I add 1/4 cup scallions and a can of chopped water chestnuts. I omitted the cracker crumbs and served it as a warm dip. YUMMY!
