EASY CHEESY CRAB DINNER 
This is a good week-night meal, that my kids even love.

2 pkgs. imitation lump crab meat
1 (10 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes (1 cup)
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Dutch egg noodles

Slowly sauté crab meat in butter and garlic in large skillet (this will only take about 5 minutes). Then add to your crab, the cheddar cheese soup, cubed Velveeta cheese and dairy sour cream. Do not bring to a boil, cook on low heat without scorching. It is done when it is heated thoroughly.

Meanwhile in a large pot boil the egg noodles, cook according to package directions. Add all together and enjoy!
